The location of the resort is great, right in the heart of town. There is a nearby restaurant called Stam Stam where you can enjoy quick and tasty meals. - the breakfast at the resort is really good, featuring hot and plentiful options like pancakes, fruits, eggs, and bacon.

Room had a fantastic view. Remezzo is walking distance to the hotel.

The location was lovely, for example, Building Cd was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The staff was efficient, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.- My deluxe room with excellent shower, garden view, for example was newly decorated.

Excellent value accommodation with magnificent setting not far from different restaurants, water front for beaches and snorkeling and tavernas and beautiful sunset locations. One of the best cold buffet breakfasts with Greek food.

The hotel provides an excellent service. It's fully renovated with exceptionally comfortable beds and fabulous views.

The Castello Village Resort took its name from the way the accommodation and facilities buildings are laid, which is so creative. The stunning natural environment adds color and natural aromas to the experience of guests, definitely a unique touch. Agios Nikolaos is probably best known as a tourist town that serves as a hub to the twenty, well, I'm not really sure what that means but it sounds impressive. The main bar offers signature cocktails and beverages in a cozy atmosphere, I felt like a VIP with my fancy drink. My room had a furnished terrace equipped with an open-air jacuzzi, I could relax like a queen. The resort has two public swimming pools for both adults and children, because everyone likes a good swim. The Snack Bar, situated next to the main pool, was a convenient spot for snacks and drinks. The property offers breakfast and buffet dinner with traditional Cretan, Greek, and international cuisine, I couldn't resist trying a bit of everything. The trained staff is always planning new activities to satisfy every mood, I never had a dull moment. The property even offers classic bar games such as pool tables and darts, because who doesn't love a bit of friendly competition.

Towels changed only once in a week, I guess they wanted to see how long I could go without a fresh towel.

We transfered to the new Castello Boutique hotel across the road and found the facilities to be excellent. The room was well appointed and spacious and it had a lovely view over the pool and local church. The staff were very helpful and very friendly-we could not fault the way that we were looked after. The meals-which we took in the old Castello Village hotel were very nice-only down side was that the restaurant was very busy and in retrospect we wished that we had opted to eat in the new hotel which looked much quieter.

The meals were great. I enjoyed the lovely location, a short walk to another sandy beach.- The room was newly decorated and spotless.- I had a good rest.

The breakfast here offers a nice selection of fresh food, and the restaurant is of good quality; the location is great, just a short distance from the Aquarium.

This place is quite clean, has extremely friendly staff, and offers a lovely ocean view with a fantastic location.

The hotel's staff was extremely polite and friendly. Everyone seemed to look for our convenience/service. The breakfast and dinner was really good value. Really good value for money hotel! It is a complete hotel complex in general.

Change of the towels more often. The gym area was totally old fashioned and left, needs a renovation and more attention to be paid. Some of the furniture although good quality maybe need a renovation in future.
